My Story
After five years, I decided to prioritize my health and began recovery. I paused my training and allowed myself to eat freely. Although I gained over 50 pounds, I also regained my period and my life.
When I returned to exercise, I focused on building strength and improving my body image beyond physical appearance. My confidence grew from the health habits I built outside of the scale rather than changes my body had experienced.
Inspired by this, I created She Lifts Health Coaching!
Eight years ago, I started my career in the fitness industry and loved it. However, like many others, I quickly felt the pressure to "look the part" as a Personal Trainer. My life began to revolve around my appearance, leading to me to lose my period due to under-eating and over-exercising, also known as Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA).
