Revive 2.0 Coaching

\Made for women who have recovered from Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (period loss due over-exercising & under-eating) and are looking to get back into strength training while supporting their menstrual health

Revive 2.0 Coaching is made for you if you’re looking to

  • Maintain a regular menstrual cycle while increasing training volume & training intensity with your own customized training plan

  • Learn how to fuel your body adequately pre & post training to support your menstrual health

  • Explore what confidence & FEELING GOOD in your post-recovery body looks like while taking a break off of physique & fat loss goals

  • Follow a program that gives you the tools to understand and support your menstrual cycle

  • Customized Guidance on your training/exercise goals & personal feedback on form checks

  • Daily 1:1 coaching 24/6 days a week so that you have support outside of check-ins

  • Weekly Check-Ins to monitor progress and pivot when needed

  • the She Lifts Community with other women who can relate to your experiences

So how do we get started?

Step One

Fill out the online application form
(scroll below) ⬇️ & I will get back to you within 24 hours via Instagram or e-mail.

Step Two

Based on what you submitted on the form, we will have an open chat discussing what your journey in coaching can look like and determine which program would be most ideal for your goal(s) 🌟
This can either take place via Instagram messaging, e-mail, or a Discovery Call
(if preferred)

Step Three

After choosing your program & payment plan, we are good to go!
You will receive a few documents including:
- an initial client questionnaire & physical activity readiness questionnaire
- a contract
- your first invoice
Once the starting date is set, you will be added to the group chat and we can celebrate the start of your new journey (woot woot!) 🥳

Guest Speaking & Workshops

Virtual or In-Person seminars & workshops that cover topics relating to body image, menstrual health, diet-free nutrition, and fitness.

I’ve been given amazing opportunities presenting
in-person and virtual seminars for various events and demographics, including:
STRIVE 2024, Honda (with Liv Unltd), Randstad, & girls competitive softball teams ranging from 15-16 years old

  • Sessions can range from a 1 hour single workshop or a 3-part series depending on the topic you are looking for

  • Sessions can be conducted in person (within the GTA) or virtually
